I'd like to identify David (not his real name) but I can't because his daughter, almost 17, is in foster care in B.C. She has been a permanent ward of the state since age 8, when she was removed from her unfit mother's care. Foster, now 35, figured he’d be acquitted at court-martial, where he was charged with rape, aggravated assault and making threats. What Foster didn’t know was that about 90 percent of all general courts-martial end in convictions, either from the jury or through plea agreements, according to annual reports from the Navy’s Judge Advocate General. Broke and abandoned, physically ill and emotionally distraught, Mathis moved home to her mother in Maryland where the baby was delivered by emergency Caesarean section on Nov. 2. ...In the affidavit - which appears to give more details of their breakup than were contained in the original lawsuit - Bosh contends that he did not "take any actions to have [Mathis] removed" from the property the couple shared in Frisco, Tex.
